The price of the products purchased may be paid in the following manner:

5. Guarantees

Kco House guarantees that delivery will be between one (1) and three (3) business days from the date of the order, unless it is made on holidays or national holidays granted by current legislation, there is some fortuitous event or force majeure, or an emergency decreed at the national level by the competent authorities, in which case the order will be processed on the next business day to the day of making this.

Orders placed by the user may be delivered the next day by Kco House for the following reasons:

3. When the user requests it from Kco House.

No returns of damaged items or claims for missing items will be accepted if not reported within this timeframe.

Kco House will not be responsible for shipments returned to Kco House by the concierges due to user negligence or an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, for failure to meet the established delivery time.

One of our main efforts at Kco House is to focus on delivering orders in the shortest possible time.

Kco House is not responsible if the national or international shipping company loses or fails to deliver products purchased by the user on the website. Any issues caused by the shipping company must be resolved between the user and the shipping company.
